Advantages and Challenges
8
Avantages:
• more time for specialization
• more flexibility for the student
• students can do more courses to be on the safe side
• no need to repeat an entire year if a course is failed
• easier management of lecturers or courses arriving or leaving
• compatibility with
Bologna
(1999), and our European neighbors
Challenges:
• how do we organize the schedule?
• how do we ensure every student is on the right level? (Prerequisites?)
• how do we deal with more selective vs. less selective programs?
• how do we deal with M2 students (just let them do 50% of ECTS?)?
